Ordering Information

Ordering from our site is easy, simply find and click on your chosen product, select size and color options and add to your shopping cart. The contents of which can be viewed at any time. Once you're done shopping proceed to the checkout where the final price including shipping will be worked out.

Payment

Online payment using a credit card is straightforward and secure using Protx online payment systems. This is probably the simplest way of paying for your purchase. Payment will be removed from your account once we have your order packed and ready to ship.
However if you like you may also give your credit card details over the phone (01217105417) or you can send a cheque. Please enclose a printout of your invoice with cheque payments.

When paying by cheque please allow an extra 7 days for the transaction to clear.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point if we deem any credit card information or contact information provided by you as being false. We will send a confirming email explaining why and if you cannot reply with the correct information within 5 days the order will be cancelled.

UK Delivery & Avaiability

Delivery is three pounds then a further fifty pence per item there after. We strive to dispatch your purchase on the same day as the order is placed (for next day delivery), in some cases we may be out of stock on an item, in which case we will let you know and aim to deliver within 30 days. If for some reason we cannot fulfill the order within the 30 days we will send an email with an estimated date for delivery or the option of a refund.

For deliveries outside the UK, you will be contacted by e-mail and informed of the delivery charge.

Your order will be delivered by royal mail special delivery. This usually gets delivered by the next day (with first class) but sometimes could take 2 or 3.
